WWII Japanese Containment Camps

Hi everyone,

My peresonal project for this class will center around the WWII camps used by the U.S. government to segregate Japanese living in Los Angeles during the war. I plan to write and illustrate a story featuring a fictional character going through the actual experience of the camps that I will find during my research. To tie in the story further with the culture I will be drawing it in the sequential artform of Japanese 'Manga'.
